Each order contains 2 pieces.

Available in 16 ounce, 18 ounce or 20 ounce sizes.

Please take into account that shippers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Because of this, we will not ship any items on Friday or in any case where it

might sit in a shipper’s warehouse over an extended period.

The best days to order are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

For states immediately adjacent to Illinois Thursday is also fine

The Beef

In order to achieve a great tasting, tender dry aged steak you have to start with incredible beef. We begin with beef from just a few very special producers. These ranches do not use antibiotics or hormones in raising their cattle. So, we start with clean healthy beef animals raised on pasture and finished with grains for the ultimate flavor profile. First we wet age the beef to start the process of enzymes breaking down connective tissue. The next step is to remove the original packaging and expose the surface to the air in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. The beef is monitored at all stages of the process to assure the highest quality and most consistent results obtainable.

Order Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday by noon for ground shipping.  Your order will ship the next day.  Thursday orders will ship Next Day Air.  UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.  Your order is important to us that is why we cut to order and ship fresh, never frozen.  We will not facilitate the possibility of our delicious products sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.  Longer distance orders will require expedited shipping also.
